Refund Policy

In order to maintain competitive pricing and best serve our commitment
to our community, we are unable to reschedule or refund any appointments within 48
hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you miss your appointment, you will receive
your notes by email within 24 - 48 hours of your missed appointment time. We will only
excise missed appointments and allow rescheduling in extreme circumstances. The
BOTJ Admin team has the sole discretion over the constitution of an extreme
circumstance. For the rescheduling of all other services within 48 hours, a $20
rescheduling fee may be assessed.

Black On The Job does not guarantee any type of employment (future, current or
continued) with the purchase of our services and products. If you would like a refund for
a revised resume, you have 24 hours after the purchase of the package to cancel. If you
do not cancel within 24 hours, you may decide if you wish to receive the value of other
services but you will not receive a refund. Once payment and the resume intake form
are completed, your revision will be available within approximately 10-15 business
days.
